Lethal Sunrise,
Over the hills.
Tearing the darknight,
Destroying the still,
Moonlight and Sunlight,
Meet nevermore,
The Lethal Sunrise,
Seen evermore...
That was it. What they always taught the pups in the Summit's Howl Pack, a pack in the mountains. Since the pack was in the mountains, this male felt close to home, yet as faraway as could be. Sorre sang the song, 'Lethal Sunrise' as the sun rose, as was tradition. He knew this was not the Summit's Howl Territory, but felt... happy here, and unwilling to leave. He had traveled alone too long for his liking, and wanted to stay, to make his new home here.
Over the mountains,
Under the sun,
The Lethal Sunrise,
Luring us on.
Forever more,
We will see it,
The Lethal Sunrise,
Forever it.
The second verse of 'Lethal Sunrise' rang into the air as Sorre sang with his heart, 'Calling up the Sun, and forcing down the stars' as the Summit's Howl said. The pups enjoyed this song, and he did still. A gentle and caring soul, Sorre was not one for strength, but would merely wait until the enemy tired, dodging and darting.
Spread the news widely,
sound far and near,
The Lethal Sunrise,
Is finally here!
Forcing the night down,
Stars and the moon,
The Lethal Sunrise,
Fades into noon.
That song would forever rest in his heart, forever, no matter what. Sorre's eyes twinkled gladly, and he threw up his head, singing to the sky. His voice low and joyful, Sorre felt entirely at home now, as he would know forevermore.
Storms and the daylight,
always will near,
The Lethal Sunrise,
Blinding us here.
The sun is falling,
Out of the Sky,
The Lethal Sunrise...
Will now come die...
As the song slowed, and came to a halt, Sorre's muzzle dropped, and he panted from singing, for by now, the sun was up, signaling a new day and a new start, and a new adventure, as Sorre always thought. As the last verse halted, Sorre glanced around at his surroundings and thought 'Well, there isn't any snow here.'
Ooc{I actually made the song 'Lethal Sunrise' up as I went along. It has a tune, but I can't really sing it now, can I?}
